Add Aiken Language

Add Aiken programming language to linguist.

Description

There are more than 240 files in Github using the .ak extension and some projects were created from scratch like

Hey aiken author here, can we hold off on this? Please come talk to us @solidsnakedev, we planned on doing this ourselves and would like a say in the hex color. We would also like to do this after we finish our tree-sitter stuff.

as agreed with @rvcas we're moving this PR to draft until the followings are polished

• tree-sitter-aiken
• stable textmate grammar
• some debate amongst people here on which color from the logos gradient will look the best on github
