Change to parameters.yml had been rolled back out of 2.0.x releases, but is in upcoming 2.1 release. |

Can you fix this to be more specific? Only excluding ini and yml? |
Symfony 2.0.4 changed standard to using a parameters.yml file, so this change allows for both variants.
