Track changes from upstream

I'm planning to work off the master branch of this while in development, but definitely want to get as much upstream as possible.

Running list:

• Persist more user data from Slack in the brain
• Guard against real-time messaging API returning empty users
• robot.emit 'error' for slack client errors
• Always use chat.postMessage with attachments for sending
