How can i shift the position of selected item upside.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open application.
2. by default position of selected item is in the middle of wheelview. (which 
is shown by wheel_val.xml file)
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i want to customize this selected value. i want to shift above this selected 
value.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?


Please provide any additional information below.
Right now when i launch my application the selected item position is in the 
middle of wheel view . but i want to shift this position to upside.

Please help me.
