Using clear in tasks breaks prebuilds

Bug description

Using the bash command clear in an init task breaks prebuilds.

Steps to reproduce

• Create a prebuild on https://github.com/svenefftinge/template_jobs
• Try Launch a workspace.

It works fine after removing the clear command.
