Description
This PR removes the old image-builder. Now that mk3 is used everywhere, we can get rid of the old image-builder code.
The helm chart remains backwards compatible, the installer never deployed mk2.
How to test
Start a workspace.
Nothing should change because we've used mk3 for a while now.
