+  1. Implemented CONTRIB-3225 to make Collapsed Weeks accessible to screen readers.
+  2. Implemented CONTRIB-3283 to ensure that you can still access a week when one is removed.
+  3. This is likely to be the last release of Collapsed Weeks due to its integration into Collapsed Topics - CONTRIB-3378.  This release is later than that but I wanted to leave the code without any outstanding issues.
