Added support to retreive weather sensor data from trafikverket road sensors. Bumped version from 1.5.7 to 1.5.8

Hej Peter, Works fine for me. You can transfer the ownership of the repo in the settings but I think it's best if you accept the pr first so I can dump my fork before you make the transfer |

Verified with pylint and simulated successfully with cli test.
Bumped version from 1.5.7 to 1.5.8
