Show the list of custom patterns

Hello, thanks for your work! 👍
I was wondering if it would be possible to show the list of the custom defined patterns.

If they are for example:

{
    "wrapSelection.patterns": {
        "log": "console.log(`${text}`, ${text})",
        "promise": "new Promise((yeah, nah) => yeah(${text}))",
        "=>": "() => ${text}"
    }
}

then when we do a ctrl+shift+P → «Wrap selected text» it would useful to show the list of our patterns as I would easily forget what I've defined.
