USB (OTG) wireless mouse problems on EMUI 13.1.0.178 (Android 12)

Hello!
It was OK on my old Android device, Android 11, but on Android 12 when I move the mouse in any direction, when I turn the camera I notice that the camera slows down, i.e. the mouse does not obey me though the batteries are alkaline, fully charged. When the player is standing, everything is ok. When the player is walking (I use both mouse and the touchscreen controls), there is the problem.
Old device Samsung Galaxy A50 A505FM Android 11
New device Huawei P60 Pro MNA-LX9 EMUI 13.1.0.178 (Android 12)
