Android Pcap Capture

USB Host-mode capture using the RTL8187 USB NIC.

Build

To build, type ./gradlew build

Presently, I can only build using Android Studio, not gradle. I need to figure this out.
Test new build using supported USB WiFi Adapters
Modify to support new WiFi Adapters
