One ring to rule them all?

Well, it's a dual purpose script anyway.

It will generate an index.html page for normal use. (default setting)
Or it will generate a 'content only' include file for use with the cheetah generator used by weeWX.

This will also generate thumbnails for the archived gifs - saving some bandwidth when used with weewx.

ugly but functional

Marking this as a release as the next version will complicate things somewhat, and this one while simple, does work!
