Expand on color configuration, 'two default pallets' (new) and 'one user configurable' (as before)
Lock tag colors to respective chart lines
Split unit config into 'database' (use weewx.conf for database) and the units to convert into and display units (from skin.conf)
Various other additional skin options (davis_dayrain); additional mesowx-console display values (inTemp, inHumidity)
Which charts to display on start up is now configurable from skin.conf. Default is all but inTemp (as an example)
