New contacts fields created in a flow are not getting populated when trying to refer within the same flow (unless page is refreshed)

Describe the bug
When a new contact field is created in a flow, unless the page is refreshed, the contact is not getting populated when trying to refer within the same flow

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a new contact field (using Update contact option) in a flow
2. In the next node, try to refer the new contact field added

Expected behavior
Without the need to refresh the page, the contact added should get populated when trying to refer within the same flow
