The use of the UpdatableReference from @glimmer/object-reference for the root template context is the last volatile Reference implementation remaining in Glimmer.js. This commit replaces the volatile reference with the non-volatile reference from @glimmer/component, which makes re-renders more efficient and eliminates the @glimmer/object-reference dependency.
