Remove src/README.md

The information lives on within:

  glimpse-training-data/README.md

It seems like a more discoverable and appropriate location to document
how all our training tools work (along with the training data) than
under the general glimpse/src/ directory which includes training tools,
test tools and runtime tracking support.
