GHSCI web app should provide more informative options based on selected study region #402

As per #401 , when configured study regions are selected, this selection should be reflected in more detail in the menu and options presented under the various action buttons (e.g. analysis, compare and policy checklist; its already implemented in this way for 'generate').

Describe the solution you'd like
Similar to the way that the options of the 'generate' menu change based on selected study region, the same should happen for other sub-menus. Additionally, relevant links to help should also be provided to explain more detail on the specific process steps.
