After login the user (admin or receiver) is not redirected to it's main page

After a admin or receiver login they are not redirected to the main page (main config for admin or tip list for receiver).

In https://github.com/globaleaks/GLClient/commit/f0f21e0e3695085a4af1e669e74deda6553de7c3 we now will properly redirect to the page that the user was supposed to be visiting when an authentication occurs.

That's also linked to part of #47 .
To be closed this ticket we should at least have the UI part, with proper redirection done to the TipList page of receiver.

I mean, when a user goes directly over /#/login and insert login/password (without trying to access any resource) it should be redirected:

• Admin -> To the admin page
• Receiver -> To the Tip List (that now is a missing feature, so it' blocking this ticket)

If i am logged-in as "administrator" and i goes by typing into the URL http://dev.globaleaks.org:8082/#/login i get prompted for login/password (even if i am logged in) rather than being redirect to the Admin page
