When a submission field is created is then not possible to update it, changing it to something else or deleting it.

The only way the user have to change it is to create another context with the new fields from scratch copying the previous one.

With the recent 22 Feb implementation (while opening those tickets) there's a remaining bug, so that when a field is updated the button "Add Field" should switch to "Update Field" (because the user is making this action, not adding)
