When the whistleblower type it's own receive, he cannot use the keyboard to confirm the receipt submission, but he must mandatory click "View Tip" with his mouse.

The same issue is present on admin on the "Add New Receiver" and "Add New Context" like already opened on https://github.com/globaleaks/GLClient/issues/17

That's an UI issue
