In the upper part of the Whistleblower tip it's your "Your Receipt is" with the goal to remind the Whistleblower about his Receipt.

The currently show Receipt is 00000000-0000-0000-0000-100000001293 that's not the Receipt.

The text should be, or removed, or filled with Receipt.

This has been fixed by longer having such receipt visualized in the status page.
