new_author() bug where one cannot set more than one comment to the description file programmatically.

Created a new functionnew_author that adds an author to the description of the package. It relies on the {desc} package and unfortunately experiences a bug whereby one cannot set more than one element in the comment line (institution and ORCID number in our case).

This issue is known and has been created on the {desc} package but has not yet been resolved. See this for the issue on the {desc} package.
