Refresh links to OMW and NTU-MC

There may be various places around the web that refer to compling.hss.ntu.edu.sg, such as the link to NTU-MC from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_text_corpora. I changed the Wikipedia one to point to lr.soh.ntu.edu.sg instead, but this is temporary. When the new server is ready, these should be updated to the new server's domain (compling.soh.ntu.edu.sg I think).

HI, the plan is to have both compling.hss.ntu.edu.sg and compling.soh.ntu.edu.sg point at the new server, but I agree we should gradually move links to the newer address (.soh.).

The lr.soh.ntu.edu.sg links are down now, too, so maybe there are upol.cz links or uni-agnostic links like omwn.org?

I fixed the wikipedia link, but will leave this up until I have worked out the proper way to proxy through omwn.org.
