Handle the case of no internet being available
there are 3 places we contact the internet
1- rss feeds - just silently assume there is nothing new (might already do this)
2- torrent status checking/manipulation - silently yield the torrent processing queue
3- download queue - just pause and wait 30 seconds and start processing the queue again from the top
this is the torrent status checking error

Add download resuming for files
if destination exists, set the starting offset to the current size of the destination
problem, what if the single torrent files tries to resume? Really we only want ti to resume if it is downloading mutliple files
solution : add a parameter that defaults to false taht will turn on file resuming
this will require adding a new download queue type that resumes instead of starting from scratch
Unify the torrent variable "title" and "torrent_name"
adding from a feed will set it as "title"
step retrieve_torrent_name() will set it as "torrent_name"
there are some prints that use title, so perhaps we should change title to torrent_name?
