Fixed some links in the docs
Updated contributing guide
Moved docs test to tox
Updated CI services config (travis now supports python 3.7 for OsX)
Made the doc Makefile aware of the used python version
Moved the credits from the frontpage to the docs
Changed the style of API documentation top level summary to drop package name

The docs tests will fail, since the link to the credits on readthedocs doesn't exist yet.
