Together with the summary the so called b-matrix could be shown.

See equation 13 in the review paper Global and target analysis of time-resolved spectra

Unfortuonately, besides resolving issue #2, this commit also contains quite a bit of (automated) reformatting which will obfuscate the significant changes a bit.

The b-matrix for a sequential model can be calculated using:
TIMP::calcB(k)
where k is the vector with the kinetic rate constants.
