Add syntax folding

With :set foldmethod=syntax explicit definitions should be folded away.

This is trivial for explicit verbs/adverbs/conjunctions: just add fold.

For explicit nouns, however, this doesn't work, because an explicit noun definition is split into two syntax regions. I don't know a good solution yet.
