功能实现

• 支持可选的剧照抓取
• 删除使得打包变得很大的retinaface，支持yunet人脸检测和pphumanseg人体识别用于剪裁一些特殊番号的封面，现在程序压缩包只有40MB左右，解包后有80MB左右。
• 使用cx_Freeze打包，更加轻量化

引入BUG

• 版本检测被我写挂了，下个版本会修复。
• 自动更新应该会有bug，请不要使用这个功能。
