A Peer-to-Peer TCP Socket based Chat Room App using Android’s Network Discovery Service Framework for Finding Nearest Peers and Automatically Connect to Peer and establish Short-Range P2P Chatting Network, only WiFi is required for use of this demo app, no Internet Connection is necessary. Because Persistent/Cached TCP Connection is established between server and client, a Node (Phone running the App) acts both as a Server and Client in this TCP Socket-based Communication Context, so no Central Server is required.
