STM32F103 seems to be very popular and cheap ARM.
You can get most common "blue-pill" development board under $2 shipped, which is the same price that gets you the cheapest atmega328p arduino clone capable of running GRBL right now...
See this grblHAL issue too. The F103 lacks a FPU so not ideal for grbl, if the F303 Blackpill is really pin compatible it should replace the F103 going forward as there are many fake/cloned chips around.
