Hi. It appears that gnina is currently not available on conda, and it's installation is relatively complex. Would it be possible to compile a similar MacOS binary? Thanks

You can't build gnina on MacOS due to the lack of CUDA support.

For linux, you can download the release binary and run it (https://github.com/gnina/gnina/releases)
