Neon.2 introduced a new C/C++ project wizard. Unfortunately it does not honour the canFinish() condition, and the project can be created without reaching the toolchain selection page.

The current code assumes this page was entered, and fails with a NPE if not.

Until the wizard will be fixed, use the default toolchain when creating the project and prevent the NPE.
