GNU MCU Eclipse IDE for C/C++ Developers Neon.3 20170606-0936

This is the second prerelease of GNU MCU Eclipse 4.1, which is a major version.

New features

The main change is the addition of build support for RISC-V devices.

Other improvements include a new mechanism to configure binary tools paths, similar to toolchain paths, and the grouping of all path related preferences & properties pages under a single MCU entry.

Binaries

The attached binaries are equivalent to Eclipse IDE for C/C++ Developers Neon.3 with the GNU MCU Eclipse plug-ins (v4.1.1 pre-release) installed.

Separate archives for Windows 32/64-bits, Linux 32/64-bits and macOS 64-bits are provided.

As for the standard Eclipse distributions, there is no need for any install procedure, simply unpack the archive and move the Eclipse folder at a place of your choice. Having multiple Eclipse instances for different projects is not only allowed, but encouraged.
