This is a simple OpenShift console plugin that adds the Topology and Add+ menu items to the Administartor perspective under Workloads.
In OpenShift 4.12 you have the ability to remove the Developer perspective however this also removes easy access to these two views, this plugin remedies that.

Figure out how to remove the example plugin from the template, deleting the exposedModules causes the generation of plugin-entry.js to fail.
