Add dbus server to tilix #24

Add a dbus support to terminix to support the following:

  • Enable people to send requests to the host terminix (i.e. split a terminal, open a new window, etc)
  • Support notifications for users that don't have the fedora patched VTE widget

Note that first use case is actually handed by #40 now thanks to the global GTK application

Also probably a use-case: Toggle quake-mode.

Calling "tilix --quake" here results in multiple processes never stopping.
