jenkins jnlp agent 修改为纯净的 jenkins/inbound-agent

目前v1.5.2分支默认会提供 colynn/jenkins-jnlp-agent:latest 的镜像，且此镜像内包含了部分atomci服务依赖的动作, 比如检出代码、以及容器部署的健康检查；

基于上面的情况，导致用户环境内使用的默认提供的jnlp版本不能满足需要时 想升级jnlp-agent带来了很大的困难(比如用户环境使用的jenkins 版本较高或是较低时，导致jnlp-agent的不匹配).

你想要的解决方案是什么

期望jenkins jnlp agent 替换为纯净的 jenkins/inbound-agent, 并且用户可以自定义使用inbound-agent的版本；
将检出代码、容器部署的健康检查调整为独立的step.
