We should create a new repository or rename each repository for supports Go module.
Unfortunately, the Go module doesn't support the v prefix repository name (I think @sbinet already know).
(Sorry, I want to test for go module behavior so already created https://github.com/go-clang/clang-v3.6. Please point out if we need to delete and re-create it.)

I'll resolve the #141 and #146 issue but currently, go-clang org have https://github.com/go-clang/v4.0 and https://github.com/go-clang/v5.0. Should I create a new repository with adding the clang- prefix, or just rename those repositories?
