Update installation steps for ubuntu 16.04 #111

I don't see any caveats that this tool wont work on 16.04 (xenial) however the installation steps in the README do not work on 16.04. Is there:

  1. any reason this won't work on older ubuntu distributions
  2. are there alternate installation steps for those distros (I can update the README if so).

@akshaymoghe Generally, there seem to be issues when running on non-Debian:
go-debos/fakemachine#12
go-debos/fakemachine#13

You can take a look at my post: https://3mdeb.com/os-dev/our-first-look-at-debos-new-debian-images-generator/
or the docker image I tried to develop: #110 in order to easily run this tool on any distro.

Once bors merges a branch from the main (i.e. this) repository, the original wip branch isn't removed. Add the configuration to delete the branch after the merge has completed.
