Synchronize external user data is not working

Description

After gitea upgrade from 1.11.0 to 1.11.5 I noticed that the "Synchronize external user data" is not working. You can see my configuration in the screenshots.
Tested versions:

Gitea Version	Working
1.11.0	True
1.11.5	False
1.12	False

After I tried 1.12 without success I returned to 1.11.0 where the sync between my AD and gitea is working like a charm.

It seems to be working for me :/ do you get any logs it gitea.log file?

No. When I click Synchronize external user data nothing is logged.
Gitea Version: 1.12.0+rc1-27-g600bb545f
