Add comments chain to email comes from comment of Files Changed in Pull Request

Description

When a reviewer replies on the comment in "Files Changed" section in Pull Request, all i get in email is the text of this reviewer.
I suggest adding all the comments chain with the last one.

1.19.0 built with GNU Make 4.3, go1.20.2 : bindata, timetzdata, sqlite, sqlite_unlock_notify
