[Proposal] UX: Suppress username in repository list on Dashboard

Description

Displaying the repository name including the username in the Dashboard's repositories list on the right (see screenshot) hides the repository names on most devices and zoom settings.

The screenshot is taken on Firefox at a zoom level of 130% for a screen resolution of 1280x1080 (left half of a 2560x1080 screen).

I think this affects almost all versions up to 1.13. It is independent of the language settings.

For repositories owned by the user (in my case this is the vast majority, feedback welcome), simply don't show the username.

Username is an integral part of a repo name, I would not remove it. What can be fixed in that screenshot is the responsive breakpoints which squash the layout too soon in cases like that, wasting available space.

I'm fine with any solution. I can just tell from my own experience: the way I'm using it, my username is redundant and simply takes up a lot of space.
