I'm using https://github.com/tanmayrajani/notifications-preview-github quite a lot and would find it quite handy if Gitea also would have such a dropdown to quickly jump to individual notifications.

Clicking a item in the dropdown should resolve the notification. Also, I think we need to integrate that part into the SharedWorker as well so it continously updates.

What I would additionally add is a right-aligned relative time value of the notification, e.g. "30 minutes ago"
