User rename not possible when they have non-local authentication source #15976

#14229 added the ability to rename a user but the field is read-only when the user is for example set to a LDAP authentication source. I think we may be able to just make the field writable.

It's currently possible to work around the issue by switching the user to local auth, rename and then back to LDAP auth.
