Description

When searching for repositories (for example on the dashboard, or in the "Reference in new issue" popup), the search string only takes into account the repository name, but not the org or user name.

IE if a repository exists at:

MyOrgName/WhataFunRepo

then the search will ignore MyOrgName

The search should take into account the whole repo path. So a search for MyOrgName/ should work.
