Web Interface/CRUD Authoring As Full Name Instead Of Username

Description

Despite having set DEFAULT_SHOW_FULL_NAME to false commits done via the web interface show up as authored by Full Name instead of Username. This can be verified by having a different user.name set in your git config compared to your Gitea's Full Name field under settings, creating a branch via the web interface, pushing a local file to it, then adding a new file to the repo via the web interface. Check git log to confirm or via a UI such as GitKraken/Sourcetree etc.

This causes an issue where there is a mix of alias vs. real names being used.
