Feature Description

When i move repo from one organization into another with "Transfer Ownership", i have no ability to access repo by old name.
(https://gitea.com/<old_org>/test_repo.git --> https://gitea.com/<new_org>/test_repo.git).
I want to have an ability to create some kind of symlink to repo inside gitea
