Feature Description

when cloning from Github using http, git (windows) will open a browser for login and then configures the remote of the repo automatically, users can even use 2FA for better security.

this will save tons of hours of getting the auth passwords manually.

This has been resolved by #26291

I tired and it prompt for username and password, but then it says:

Users with two-factor authentication enabled cannot perform HTTP/HTTPS operations via plain username and password. Please create and use a personal access token on the user settings page

Do I need to configure my local git or gitea to enable #26291

The PR is part of 1.21, which is not releases yet, but you can create the 2 Apps yourself.
