OAuth Username Sync

Upon registration to Gitea via let's say GitHub OAuth, one should be able to use their GitHub username on Gitea. If they change their GitHub username, their Gitea username would change as well.

This would of course conflict if multiple OAuths are used, but let's say you only want GitHub users to sign in to your local Gitea server.
