files, additions and deletions in "activity" should use decimal separator

Not a bug, but a feature request.
As you can see in the attached screenshot, once these numbers become large, it's quite uncomfortable to read them. Changing this wouldn't be too much of an effort I guess, so I propose to use a number separator for these numbers.

E.g.

• 15 -> 15
• 12632 -> 12.632
• 1007243 -> 1.007.243

Maybe don't even use a dot or comma to separate, but just slightly increase the spacing there. I'm sure there already are client-side javascript-scripts that can do this.
