TCL Language Support for VS Code

This extension adds a basic language support for TCL language.

Features

Currently the extension adds syntax highlighting and snippets to VSCode. Besides the default .tcl extension, it also recognizes other extension like .xdc for Xilinx constraint file or .sdc for Synopsis constraint file.
